synopsis
In a popular district of Bobo-Dioulasso, every evening, Maman Coda welcomes the children of prostitutes into her home. The young women then stroll through the “Black”, a very lively alley in the city center, until dawn, when they come to pick up their children. But Mama Coda, who is over eighty, is starting to get tired.
Director
Born in Burkina Faso in 1987, Moumouni Sanou, after studying cinema, worked as an editor and cameraman in more than ten African productions. Passionate about documentaries, he made his first film Dji-Ko in Burkina Faso in 2010, then between 2012 and 2014, three other documentaries: Youplex, Sini, l'avenir and N'gooni Fo Sékouba ou l'esprit des chasseurs.
