synopsis
Haiti and the Dominican Republic share the island of Quisqueya and a hidden genocide. In the fall of 1937, Dominican dictator Rafael Leonidas Trujillo massacred more than 20.000 Haitian immigrants living in the Dominican Republic. Daphné Ménard, a Haitian director, brings together actors from both sides of the island for this event. An unprecedented creation that will ask both of these peoples to evoke certain dark areas of their history.
