For 3 years, a unique experiment has been going on at Sainte-Marie College in Paita in New Caledonia. In the 6th C class, the majority of Kanaks and Oceanians students have academic difficulties. Divided between traditional culture and the Western world, they do not find their place in the New Caledonian school system in search of its own identity. This new teaching method could be one of the answers to this problem and give children back a taste for school.
